The Borivli Education Society runs 16 Educational institutions at Borivli (West &
East). "Matushri Pushpaben Vinubhai Valia College of Commerce" is one amongst
them. The College is housed in a spacious building with extensive open grounds. It
is very near the Borivli Railway Station on the west of it.
The Degree College which is affiliated to the University of Mumbai started on 16th
July-1993. The Bachelor's Degree in Commerce of the University of Mumbai was
the first step taken by the society to impart education at a higher level.
